For cleaning businesses — first client to fifth crew

Your jobs assign themselves. Your hiring runs itself.

Post a job and the first cleaner to claim it takes it. Interview and onboard a new hire without a single phone call. Akye hands back the hours you spend on scheduling, payroll and paperwork — so you can spend them getting clients instead.

Free plan runs a real business. No card, nothing to cancel.

Built inside a working cleaning company. We run on it every day.

What changes

Four evenings you get back.

Not features — the specific things that used to eat my week, and what happens to them now.

No more pre-screening calls

I used to spend evenings on the phone working out whether somebody was worth interviewing. Now they record six questions on their own time and I watch the ones worth watching, between jobs.

No more matching names to addresses

One broadcast goes to the whole team. They pick what they want. I only assign a job when I need a particular person on a particular house.

No more reconstructing the year in April

Every expense goes in as it happens, so at tax time I hand it over instead of spending a weekend rebuilding it from receipts and memory.

No more wondering where work comes from

It finds commercial buildings near me, gives me the call list, and remembers who to ring back and when.

Nobody else does this

Stop assigning jobs. Let your team claim them.

A new job goes out by text to every cleaner at once. They see when it is, what it is, the area and what it pays — never the address. First to claim it gets it, and the address only appears once the job is theirs.

Changed their mind? They drop it and it goes straight back out to everyone else. Big house? Set it as a crew job with three spots and the first three take it, each with their own pay. It won't let anyone claim a job that clashes with their day, travel time included. Spanish-speaking cleaner? The text arrives in Spanish.

And when you want a particular person on a particular house, you still just assign them.

Claim this job
Nobody else does this either

Hire a cleaner without a single phone call.

Applicants record a video interview on their own time. You watch it on yours — between jobs, at night, whenever. No scheduling around your own schedule, no interviews that never show up.

Questions come in English or Spanish, and a Spanish answer translates to English in one tap. So the best cleaner gets hired, not just the one who interviews best in English.

Like them? One button. It sends the conditional offer and the background check together. Their forms, documents and orientation all run themselves from there. You go from applicant to insured, onboarded cleaner without touching paperwork.

It chases them for you, too — somebody who doesn’t record gets nudged twice, two days apart, and then stops. You never have to remember who you were waiting on.

And when you need somebody for Saturday, there is a list of cleaners near you who asked to be shown to companies in their area — where they are, when they can work, how they get around, and whether they speak Spanish.

And the rest of it

The parts that quietly cost you money.

Get paid without chasing

Clients keep a card on file and recurring cleans bill themselves the morning of the job. The card carries across the whole series.

Books your accountant can read

Billed, labor cost and what you kept on every job, and every expense logged as it happens. At tax time you hand it over instead of rebuilding the year from a shoebox.

Prove you showed up

Timestamped photos and a finished checklist on every job. Send a link instead of an apology.

Ask it anything

“How much did I make last month?” “Who’s on tomorrow?” Ask in your own words from the van and get an answer.

Nobody gets paid wrong

Per-job pay, crew splits and 1099s that fill themselves in. No more paying from memory and finding the mistake in March.

No app for your cleaners

They get a text. They tap it. The job is there. Every competitor makes a cleaner download an app, make an account and remember a password — then pays for the support calls when she can’t log in.

Move over in a morning

Bring your whole team and client list in from a spreadsheet. Switching doesn’t cost you a weekend.

Why this exists

I built it because nothing out there did this.

I own a maid service and a commercial cleaning company. Every tool I tried was built by people who had never quoted a move-out clean, never had a cleaner call out at 6am, and never had to explain a short paycheck to somebody who trusted them.

I’m not going to pretend this replaces work. You still have to knock on doors, answer your phone, and show up when it’s cold.

What I will tell you is that I lost Sunday nights to a spreadsheet for longer than I want to admit, and I paid a cleaner the wrong amount more than once. I built this so that would stop happening to me. It’s the same system my company runs on today.

Where the next contract comes from

It builds your call list for you.

Houses pay the bills. Offices, daycares, gyms and clinics are what make a cleaning business worth something — recurring, contracted, and they don’t cancel because they went on holiday.

Akye finds those buildings near you and turns them into a call list. Who you’ve rung, what they said, what happens next and when it’s due. It opens on today — the handful of people to chase this morning, not two hundred rows in the order they were imported.

Nobody falls through. That’s the whole trick, and it’s the difference between a cleaning job and a cleaning business.

Look up your business. See what a customer sees.

We built a page for every cleaning company in the country from public business records — 62,497 of them, in 2,548 towns and cities. Yours is almost certainly on it, and it is almost certainly missing something.

Only 43% list an email address a customer could actually find. When somebody can’t reach you, they call whoever they can reach. That is work going to the company next to you on the page, for no reason at all.

Look yourself up. You’ll see what we hold, what is missing, and where you sit among the companies within ten miles. Claiming it is free and takes a minute. Not on it? The records miss plenty of real companies — add yourself and we’ll put you on.

All fifty states. Type a zip code to go straight there.

Pricing

Free until you outgrow it.

Everyone starts on the top plan for fourteen days — and those fourteen days begin when you assign your first job, not when you sign up. No card, then or ever, unless you decide to pay.

After that you drop to Solo, which is free with no end date and runs a real business. Nothing is deleted. If you added five cleaners during the trial, all five are still there; you just can’t add a sixth until you upgrade.

What the $79 replaces

It isn’t cheap software. It’s four things you already pay for.

Some of them you pay in money and some in evenings, but you are paying for all four right now.

Bought leads — about $80 each

That is what I pay for one booked commercial walkthrough. One lead costs more than a month of this, and the prospect list is in the price.

Sponsored job posts — $25 a day, minimum

That is Indeed’s floor per sponsored role, at roughly $5–8 an application for this kind of work. Here applicants interview themselves on video and you watch the ones worth watching.

Somebody rebuilding your year

Expenses go in as they happen. April stops being a shoebox and a weekend.

The hours you spend dispatching

One broadcast, and the team claims the work. You assign a job only when you want a particular person on a particular house.

Replace any one of them and it has paid for itself. Most owners are paying for all four.

Questions

What you’re probably thinking.

“My cleaners aren’t tech people.”

Neither are mine. If they can take a picture with their phone, they can use Akye. Open, tap, photo, done.

“I already use a spreadsheet.”

So did I. The spreadsheet never once told me I’d paid somebody the wrong amount.

“Is my information mine?”

Yes. Changing your plan changes how much you can do — never who owns your records. You can take your data and go.

“What if I’m not ready?”

Then start free and find out. You can sit on the free plan for a year and I’d still rather have you than not.

Get your Sundays back.

Free to start, nothing to cancel, and your records stay yours whatever you do next.
